Staff Development Manager

About the role

The Staff Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that support the strategic goals of Edible Euphoria. Reporting to senior leadership, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive staff development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for all departments.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate workshops, seminars, leadership programs, and professional development plans.
• Partner with internal and external providers to source appropriate training solutions.
• Support performance management frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
• Establish mentorship and coaching programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Maintain competency frameworks and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on development outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads, and leadership to align development activities with organizational priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum B.Sc.)
• At least 4 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing competency gaps and measuring impact.
