Sport Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Sport Facility Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the premium tennis courts at Landmark Nike Lake Resort in Enugu. Reporting to facility management, the role ensures smooth court scheduling, excellent customer service, and safe, well‑maintained facilities for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage court bookings, reservations and scheduling systems.
• Supervise day‑to‑day court operations and staff.
• Assist customers and members with inquiries, rentals and service requests.
• Maintain equipment inventory, handle rentals and ensure proper upkeep.
• Support coaching programmes, tournaments and special events.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Required profile

• OND, HND or BSc qualification.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for racket sports or general sports is an advantage.
• Physical capability to move around the facility and perform light manual tasks.
• Reliability, professionalism and integrity when working independently or as part of a team.
