About the role

Poise Body Social Club is looking for an enthusiastic Spinning Trainee Instructor to join its fitness team in Lagos. This 3‑year apprenticeship offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to full certification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior instructors in delivering Pilates and Spinning classes.
• Support group exercise sessions and guide clients through movement routines.
• Help create an engaging, interactive fitness environment.
• Participate in physical‑therapy style movement guidance under supervision.

Required profile

• Strong interest or background in Pilates, spinning, fitness, dance, sport, or physiotherapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined learner committed to the full 3‑year term.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
