About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Software Engineer Instructors to join our team in Lagos. In this full‑time position you will deliver high‑quality IT training, combining theoretical concepts with practical, real‑world examples to help students master software engineering and data science.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective teaching for assigned IT courses, covering software engineering, data science and related topics.
• Provide hands‑on training, labs and real‑world case studies to reinforce learning.
• Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey, offering guidance and feedback.
• Create an engaging and motivating classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching, training or equivalent industry experience in software engineering, data science or similar domains.
