About the role

The Social Media & Store Assistant will support our retail outlet by creating engaging online content and handling day‑to‑day store operations. This hybrid role blends digital marketing with hands‑on customer service, helping to drive sales both in‑store and across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

Manage and post daily updates on the store’s social media channels.
Create product photos, videos, reels and sales‑focused content using current trends.
Design visual posts with Canva and respond to customer messages and enquiries.
Handle, package and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock lists and ensure products are well‑presented.
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases in the store.

Required profile

Minimum SSCE qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in social media or retail.
Creative, proactive and sales‑minded with a good eye for interiors and décor.
Organised, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

Canva for graphic design.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from NGN 120,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
