Social Media Specialist – Brands & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative and digitally‑savvy Social Media Specialist to join the Brands & Marketing team at Pinnah Foods. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of our social media strategy, creating engaging content and building vibrant online communities for our beloved brands Yin Yang Express and The Ice Cream Factory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across all platforms.
• Create high‑quality photos, short‑form videos and on‑brand captions.
• Publish content and monitor comments, direct messages and brand mentions in real time.
• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints on digital channels.
• Track social media trends and pitch creative content ideas.
• Support campaigns, outlet launches and events through coordinated content creation.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify influencer collaboration and user‑generated content opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and share insights to drive growth and engagement.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for social media and digital storytelling.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment.
• Proactive, creative and eager to bring fresh ideas.
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe.
• Understanding of social media analytics and what drives engagement.
