About the role

Laiedon Innovations is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to shape and amplify its brand across digital platforms. You will turn long‑form content into engaging short‑form pieces while driving community growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand and growth objectives.
• Repurpose long‑form material into high‑performing short‑form posts, reels, and stories.
• Lead ideation for campaigns, hooks, angles, and storytelling tailored to target audiences.
• Create graphics and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Manage daily social media activity, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering community engagement.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
• Track performance metrics and produce weekly and monthly growth and engagement reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and proactively suggest improvements and new content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of audience growth tactics and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to repurpose long‑form content into short‑form formats that drive engagement.
• High ownership mindset with the initiative to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
