Social Media Manager

About the role

Soteria Eye Clinic is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to boost its online presence and engage patients across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clinic staff to turn health insights and patient stories into compelling digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging posts on Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram and TikTok.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule while preserving the clinic’s brand voice.
• Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
• Track analytics, generate performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinic personnel to source content ideas such as health tips, testimonials, promotions and events.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new growth tactics.
• Support online reputation management, including responding to reviews and feedback.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative eye for design, content and current trends.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and meet deadlines.
