About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s tourism and travel objectives. This role involves creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and analysing performance to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage all company social media accounts, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Produce engaging graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Monitor platforms, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and online communities.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in running paid advertisements and sponsored campaigns.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in social media management.
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
