Social Media Manager

About the role
Ultraceeti Africa is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to elevate its online presence across retail, fashion and FMCG channels. You will work from our Marina office in Lagos, collaborating closely with the CSR and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and professionalise all company social media pages.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns focused on driving sales.
- Shoot, direct and edit photo and video content in‑house.
- Develop and maintain a content strategy and posting calendar.
- Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with influencer partners.
- Coordinate with the internal CSR team to ensure seamless customer service integration.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc degree.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
