About the role

Blue Creations Media is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to drive its online presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. You will shape strategy, create compelling content, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging, platform‑specific content and schedule posts.
• Manage social media accounts, interact with followers, and monitor community activity.
• Provide premium videography support for social campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics for optimal results.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships to expand brand reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and brand strategy.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Experience using Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling.
• Analytics expertise with Google Analytics and native platform insights.
• Design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
