Social Media Manager

About the role

C&I Global Limited, a hospitality provider in Lagos, is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to design and execute social media strategies that boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive acquisition for its laundry and hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
• Create and publish graphics, photos, videos, promotions, and customer testimonials.
• Plan and run campaigns to promote laundry services, special offers, and new products.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and complaints across platforms.
• Monitor online reviews, protect brand reputation, and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition through social media.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations to ensure accurate information.
• Manage paid social advertising, track performance, and optimise spend.
• Analyse metrics, produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Organise online promotions, giveaways, and digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
