Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead SabiRecruit’s online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. You will craft engaging visual and video content, drive community growth, and support fitness‑related promotional campaigns. This hybrid role blends creative execution with data‑driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, videos and promotional content for multiple social channels.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement and respond to comments, messages and inquiries professionally.
• Grow the online community, increase follower count and boost brand awareness.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and analyse campaign results.
• Collaborate with management on fitness‑focused campaigns and content ideas.

Required profile

• Female candidate preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
• Interest in fitness, health and wellness is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Video editing capabilities.
