Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms. The role will support Training Hub Limited’s marketing objectives and help build a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage and maintain profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create, curate and schedule high‑quality content including text, images, videos and graphics.
• Monitor trends, tools and best practices to continuously optimise performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture online community relationships.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions and paid advertisements, managing budgets where required.
• Track competitor activity and recommend strategic improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least two years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Experience using social media analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
