Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own the entire content engine, publishing on every platform daily and turning audience attention into qualified leads. The role supports one to two product launches each month and requires a proactive, self‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and repurpose content across all social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Adapt captions, thumbnails and hooks for each platform without waiting for direction.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content to maximise reach and lead generation.
• Support launch cycles, including nights, weekends and on‑call periods during live events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Independent thinker who can turn a CEO’s idea into multi‑platform content instantly.
• Obsessed with high‑quality, viral‑ready content and refuses to publish mediocre material.
• Passionate about helping disenfranchised small‑business owners grow their sales.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and launch‑time calls.
