About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will shape and execute the social strategy for Pearl's Edible Treats, aligning content with product launches and brand campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage end‑to‑end social media strategy on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X (Twitter).
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar that supports marketing goals and product launches.
- Monitor performance, produce analytics reports and use data‑driven insights to optimise reach and engagement.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely, brand‑aligned responses to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors and copywriters to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, social trends and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: OND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar social media role.
