Social Media Executive

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to strengthen its online presence and support employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to produce engaging visual and video content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design job adverts, flyers, proposals, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Create engaging videos, reels, and short‑form content for social channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with recruitment and business development campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, track audience engagement and provide insights for optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience targeting and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, consulting or professional services is a plus.
