Social Media Brand Manager

About the role

Superbo Media is looking for a creative Social Media Brand Manager to lead the production and distribution of short‑form video content across platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and podcast clips. You will shape the brand voice, grow community engagement, and drive key performance metrics for tech‑focused audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Source, edit, and publish short‑form video assets using professional editing tools.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with platform launches, events, and episode releases.
• Manage community interactions across comments and direct messages, maintaining brand character.
• Drive ticket sales, newsletter sign‑ups, and overall episode reach through growth initiatives and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor analytics, adjust formats and strategies, and integrate new client briefs into the content schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on social media management in an agency, in‑house media brand, or proven personal track record with documented growth metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple brand accounts with distinct tones and produce daily reels from raw footage.
• Strong understanding of local and diaspora digital culture, especially B2B tech content.

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut and at least one professional NLE (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma.
