Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on our Lagos projects, ensuring that work progresses safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction operations from start to finish.
• Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety drills.
• Resolve on‑site issues and delays promptly.
• Ensure quality assurance of building materials.
• Maintain detailed documentation, record‑keeping, and reporting.
• Communicate progress and updates to project stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time and cost‑effectively while upholding safety and quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations.
