About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Assistant to join our fabric retail store in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right materials while maintaining a tidy and inviting shop environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers politely and professionally.
- Handle, display, and prepare fabrics accurately.
- Support order preparation, conduct inventory checks, and keep basic records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store space.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of retail or customer‑service experience.
- Minimum OND qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a presentable appearance.
- Honest, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for store content.
- Resides within Orchid Road or nearby areas (preferred).
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 9 AM‑7 PM.
