About the role
The Settlement and Reconciliation Officer will oversee the end‑to‑end processing of fintech mobile‑payment transactions, ensuring that all payments, refunds and adjustments are accurately recorded and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile fintech‑mobile payment transactions across internal systems, payment gateways and bank statements.
- Identify and resolve disputes, exceptions and posting errors in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver settlement reports for executive management.
- Process and manage payment transactions across all channels.
- Settle transactions with banks, payment processors, switching companies and other counterparties.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in settlement, reconciliation or payment operations.
- At least an HND qualification.
