Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Brazen Properties Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing transactions while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into property sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospects.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and devise strategies to meet targets.
• Negotiate and close property transactions effectively.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients and sales activities.
• Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update performance metrics.
• Support and guide junior sales executives as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong client relationship and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target‑driven, proactive, confident, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to conduct property inspections and meet clients on site.
