Senior Sales Engineer (Industrial Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales growth for industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery. The role focuses on B2B sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts across sectors such as FMCG, food & beverage, construction, cement, and general manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and relationship management.
• Promote and sell industrial products, including machinery parts and lubricants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across manufacturing industries.
• Provide technical product recommendations and support during site visits, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain CRM/sales records.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Proven track record selling compressors, pumps, valves, bearings, conveyors, belts, lubricants, or similar components.
• Experience selling to FMCG, food & beverage, construction, cement, or manufacturing sectors.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
