About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Regional Sales Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team focused on helping SMEs in the foreign‑trade sector navigate cross‑border transactions. You will drive growth by promoting XTransfer’s suite of collection, payment, FX settlement, and risk‑control solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5‑10 sales representatives, fostering a competitive and collaborative culture.
- Own daily sales process management, track performance data, and ensure adherence to activity standards.
- Conduct field coaching, joint visits, and support team members in closing deals and handling objections.
- Develop and execute localized go‑to‑market plans to acquire new B2B merchant clients (SME exporters).
- Drive customer acquisition through high‑volume telemarketing and strategic in‑person visits.
- Analyze client needs in export trade and propose tailored cross‑border payment solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to improve sales efficiency, refine SOPs, and optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, personal network of B2B traders, service providers, and industry associations.
- Communicate company strategy, policy updates, and product developments to the team.
- Provide regular performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Associate degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 + years of sales management experience leading a team of at least five members.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, taxation, or cross‑border logistics.
- Strong results orientation, self‑motivation, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Resilient, goal‑driven, and able to face challenges to achieve personal and team targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
