Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the direction, execution, and continuous improvement of 390 Work, our operational software platform. This founder‑close role requires deep understanding of complex business operations and the ability to translate customer problems into clear product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features, improvements, delays, or removals.
• Translate business goals, customer needs, and founder direction into product priorities.
• Engage with customers and prospects to uncover operational pain points and market needs.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and break down large ideas into phased releases.
• Collaborate closely with product design to shape usable flows, onboarding, and in‑app guidance.
• Work with engineering to clarify scope, feasibility, trade‑offs, and release expectations, and review builds before launch.
• Identify and improve confusing, heavy, or inconsistent product modules to boost usability and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to think deeply and organize complexity.
• Experience turning customer problems into product decisions and driving execution.
• Excellent communication skills to work with design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Ability to separate genuine product signals from one‑off feature requests.
