About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care in Lagos. The role involves leading a nursing team, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred nursing care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior nursing staff.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, quality, and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria practising licence.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification clinical experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS are advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
