Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Orphoz is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex business transformation initiatives for its global clients. You will combine strategic oversight, operational execution and team leadership to deliver measurable results across restructuring, turnaround, operational excellence and digital change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business transformation projects, including restructuring, turnaround, operational excellence, strategic operations, M&A post‑merger integration and digital transformation.
• Work closely with client senior leaders to design and implement capabilities, systems and processes that drive bottom‑line results.
• Coach, motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams of consultants and client employees throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of Orphoz’s delivery groups and oversee development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale transformation or delivery programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, able to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.
