Senior Delivery Consultant

About the role

The Senior Delivery Consultant will lead workstreams for business and digital transformation projects, primarily in the mining, banking and telecommunications sectors. Based in Lagos, you will work closely with client senior management and Orphoz’s specialist teams to ensure lasting impact and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver project workstreams independently, with support from a project manager.
• Lead junior consultants and coordinate client workshops to achieve project objectives.
• Implement transformation programs that drive long‑term business results.
• Collaborate with client senior leadership and internal specialists to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Gradually assume full responsibility for delivering entire project components as experience grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or delivery roles within transformation projects.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience and a growth mindset in fast‑paced environments.
