Senior Content Designer

About the role

As a Senior Content Designer you will own the quality and strategic direction of content across a squad or product area, shaping experiences that are clear, inclusive and emotionally engaging. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to embed content strategy throughout product discovery and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end content design strategy from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Partner with product managers, designers and engineers to embed content strategy in product discovery and delivery.
• Create accessible, inclusive microcopy, error messages, help content and documentation, maintaining tone and consistency.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability tests, A/B experiments, content audits, analytics) and use insights to inform design decisions.
• Lead and mentor junior content designers, and drive alignment across product, design and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a content designer with strong design skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in fast‑changing environments where processes are still being defined.
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance user needs, business constraints and technical feasibility.
• Experience driving research initiatives and interpreting UX metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping and collaboration.
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Ability to work with UX metrics and interpret data insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow or content generation.
• Knowledge of content design systems and reusable pattern creation.
