Senior Auditor – Field Compliance & Investigations

About the role

The Senior Auditor – Field Compliance & Investigations ensures the integrity and quality of field operations across assigned states. Working closely with field teams, the auditor conducts on‑site audits, reviews investigations, validates evidence, and supervises junior auditors to protect program accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field audits at high‑risk clinics and priority sites, up to three days per week.
• Review investigation reports, validate supporting evidence, and assess compliance with program standards.
• Analyze audit trends and report findings to identify gaps and missed risks.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to field staff and auditors to improve audit quality.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, ensuring consistent methodology and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Criminology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CIA, CFE, or relevant compliance/investigation training is an advantage.
