About the role
The Salon and Spa Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our beauty and wellness centre, ensuring a high‑quality experience for clients while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and oversee daily operations of the hair and beauty salon.
- Ensure compliance with the highest sanitation and occupational health and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and, when necessary, dismiss staff members.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, staff behaviour, and customer intake processes.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as required.
- Create and adjust employee work schedules, taking seasonality and peak periods into account.
- Track staff performance and support professional development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar salon or spa management role.
