Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to design, deliver and manage training programmes while driving product sales and customer engagement for Mobile Plus Technologies. The role blends instructional design, live product presentations and hands‑on customer relationship management in a fast‑moving IT & Telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and external training courses covering marketing, management and product knowledge.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and training materials, and utilise Excel for planning and reporting.
• Conduct live online product demos, generate traffic, and promote new offerings to target audiences.
• Lead product release events, ensure smooth execution and engaging content.
• Perform internal product testing, collect feedback and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain daily contact with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Design and administer quizzes, questionnaires and assessments for both internal and external participants.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of independent teaching or corporate training experience, preferably in an internet or technology company.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for clean, standardized PPT design.
• Proactive attitude, quick learning capacity and genuine passion for training.
