Sales Representative – In‑Store & Online

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail team in Lagos. You will interact with customers both in‑store and online, helping them find the right products while promoting our brand across social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store and via online platforms, answering queries and guiding purchases.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise revenue.
• Capture high‑quality product photographs for promotional and social media use.
• Create engaging content for our social media channels.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising.
• Record sales transactions and support stock management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• High School SSCE or higher.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Social media management and content creation.
• Product photography.
