Sales Representative – Cakes & Catering

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of cakes, pastries and catering services to both individual and corporate clients in Lagos. The role involves building relationships, identifying new market opportunities and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cakes, pastries, and catering services to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new markets and customer needs to expand business reach.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and process orders.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Proximity to the company’s location (Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, Magodo) is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in FMCG, confectionery or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy.
