Sales Officer

About the role

Anchorsoft Academy is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive student and corporate client enrollment for its training programs. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments while representing the academy at events and fairs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students and corporate clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and the website.
• Convert leads into enrollments via effective sales conversations and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, training proposals and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls and attend educational fairs, exhibitions and networking events.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and delivering sales presentations.
• Organised, time‑management focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
