Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Lagos, promoting H‑tech Innovations Hub’s training and business development programs to prospective learners, partners, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, follow up on inquiries and close deals to meet revenue and enrollment targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital outreach, and participate in events, fairs, and community engagements to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with training and product teams to understand offerings, gather market feedback, and help refine messaging and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and support customer retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage prospects and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales and marketing expertise to generate leads, convert opportunities, and support strategic campaigns.
• Ability to explain training programs, guide potential participants, and support onboarding activities.
• Relevant experience in tech education, startup ecosystems, or professional training services is beneficial.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms for sales and marketing activities.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
