Sales & Marketing Personnel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Personnel to drive new business opportunities and promote our services in the Lagos market. You will play a key role in building client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and result‑oriented.
• Familiarity with the Lagos market environment is a plus.
