Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Expedia Consult is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in the tourism and travel sector. You will combine strategic sales planning with creative marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Plan and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials and content.
• Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Support brand development and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within tourism or travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using CRM software.
