Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive property sales and rental opportunities for Kelkey Global Limited in Lagos. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, turning leads into successful transactions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on investment, sales, and rental property opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into closed sales.
• Secure qualified listings and develop partnerships with developers.
• Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site visits.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Operations and Social Media teams for lead follow‑ups.
• Track and report sales performance, targets, and market trends.
• Conduct presentations, inspections, and property marketing activities.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in property sales, insurance, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and client management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
