Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Primote Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence in the retail, fashion and FMCG sectors. Based in Lagos (Marina), you will combine proactive sales activities with creative marketing initiatives while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and coordinate promotional events.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and build brand awareness.
• Maintain customer records, sales pipelines and CRM data; prepare forecasts and reports.
• Produce weekly and monthly administrative reports and ensure proper sales documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
• Results‑driven, accountable, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.
