Sales Manager – Structured Credit & SME Lending

About the role

The Padana Services is seeking a senior Sales Manager to drive acquisition and growth of high‑potential SMEs, trade businesses and corporate clients that require structured credit facilities. You will lead a team of business development officers, shape loan structures and ensure strong portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire high‑growth SMEs, trade businesses and corporate organisations needing structured credit.
• Conduct first‑level financial appraisals by analysing bank statements, cash flows, audit records and collateral values.
• Collaborate with risk teams to design flexible repayment terms, facility structures and protective loan covenants.
• Maintain premium commercial relationships, cross‑sell treasury services and manage collections.
• Mentor and monitor the daily pipeline of business development officers within the unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking, structured SME lending or asset finance.
• Strong analytical ability to assess financial statements and negotiate contracts.
• Deep knowledge of the local SME commercial market.
