Sales Manager & Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Manager & Sales Executive will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for Leaders Network’s IT and telecom solutions in Lagos. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitive landscape to shape sales strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior and mid‑level client stakeholders.
• Conduct cold calls, meetings and presentations to communicate the value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, ensure commercial viability and close deals.
• Provide market intelligence to support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, technical and support teams to maximise profitability.
• Monitor and report on forces that shift tactical budgets and account direction.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience selling technology solutions in Nigeria.
• Proven track record in direct sales to end‑customers across multiple sectors.
• Strong understanding of local sales processes and customer service workflows.
• Excellent oral communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve customer‑focused problems.
• Commercial business acumen and administrative competence.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of the IT & telecom industry.
