Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales team in Lagos. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high‑value business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
• Negotiate contracts and close complex sales transactions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop high‑performing sales professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related field.
