Sales Manager – CASE (Nigeria)

About the role

Azelis Nigeria is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the CASE product line. You will be responsible for growing the customer base, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue across the Lagos market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing accounts regularly, understand their needs and negotiate prices and volumes.
• Identify, analyse and develop new accounts in line with growth strategies.
• Agree annual sales budgets with the Commercial and Business Managers.
• Collect and present market, product, competitor and industry data to shape business strategy.
• Represent Azelis at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to expand the network.
• Monitor payment terms, ensure compliance and minimise business risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent (Master’s a plus).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in chemicals or raw‑material markets.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of local industry regulations and, optionally, SHEQ standards.
