Sales Executive – Premium Cigars Distribution

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the distribution of Bongani Cigars, a premium product range, across high‑end venues in Lagos. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the company to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach liquor stores, premium bars, lounges, hotels and other high‑end venues to establish distribution partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Promote Bongani Cigars, communicate its value proposition and negotiate sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets to maximise revenue and commission earnings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market developments.

Required profile

• Previous successful sales experience, preferably in FMCG, luxury goods or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of identifying sales opportunities and converting prospects.
• Highly motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and organise sales activities.
• Good understanding of the Lagos market and relevant industry contacts is an advantage.
