Sales Coordinator – Lagos Hotel

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team of the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping to drive revenue through effective coordination of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Prepare sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software systems.
• Respond to guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, promotions and events via phone and email.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling questions and requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships and comply with quality standards.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in sales support or hospitality administration.
• No supervisory experience required.
