Sales & Business Development Manager – HHPC

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Home Care, Industrial & Institutional, and Personal Care (HHPC) product lines in Nigeria. You will join Multichem Nigeria, part of the Solevo Group, and be responsible for expanding market share, building strategic accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements across HHPC segments.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Identify, win, and grow strategic accounts, fostering strong relationships across distribution channels.
• Provide high‑level technical guidance and product expertise to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply‑chain, and operations teams to align commercial objectives and ensure flawless delivery.
• Represent Multichem at trade shows, professional forums, and client events to showcase HHPC innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or key‑account management within Home Care, Institutional, or Personal Care markets.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial instincts combined with deep formulation knowledge.
