Sales Associate – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored property solutions that meet investors' and homeowners' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending suitable real‑estate solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, market intelligence updates, and pipeline forecasts for management.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate market and industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute initiatives that generate leads and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
