Sales And Marketing Representative

About the role

Heirs Insurance Group is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join its Heirs Life Assurance division in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Present insurance solutions, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report sales performance to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for service excellence.
