Sales and Marketing Lead

About the role

Mayluv World is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth and build a premium brand presence in the luxury interior market. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to client onboarding, while shaping marketing strategies that attract both B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue plans, including lead strategy, pipeline management, proposal development, closing, and onboarding.
• Design sales strategies for B2B clients such as real‑estate developers, interior designers, hotels, and corporate accounts, as well as B2C segments like private homeowners and luxury property investors.
• Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets, using pipeline and conversion metrics to drive performance.
• Create and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, influencer collaborations, partnerships, events) to increase brand awareness and lead flow.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with developers, designers, architects, hotels, and other key stakeholders, establishing a structured referral engine.
• Own the lead funnel from qualification to proposal, ensuring seamless client communication throughout the sales journey.
• Lead contract negotiations, align commercial terms with profitability, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Sales and Marketing team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months (4 years) of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in luxury or premium interior solutions.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C sales cycles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a sales and marketing team.
